Thank you for booking your tee time online at the Wentworth Golf Club website. The following policies and procedures are in effect to accommodate a smooth and fast booking. There is no fee for booking on our website. We look forward to having you as a guest at The Wentworth Golf Club.
Tee times between 8:00AM - 9:30AM on weekends and holidays may not be booked online, please call our pro shop at 603-383-9641 and one of our staff will be glad to assist you.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Fees will not be charged until the date of your reservation and shall be due upon your arrival at the course.
- Reservations of less than four players may be paired up to fill the foursome.
- You may only make 7 tee times at any given time.
- Five or more tee times constitutes an outing and requires a written contract and deposit, please call 603-383-9641.
These card members and coupon holders may not book tee times on our website, all these reservations must be made by phone @ 603-383-9641. These programs will not be honored upon arrival if booked via our website even if it is another person booking the group. These programs are honored only when booked within 48 hours of the tee time and must be booked by phone or in person.
Members may only book one tee time per day per member.
Members are responsible for all tee time slots booked in their name and will be charged at the member accompanied rate for all No-Shows.
Mid-Week members may not book Sunday Afternoon tee times online. Must call the pro shop on Sunday mornings to book these times.
Cancellations and/or changes in quantity of golfers may only be done by phone or in person and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled tee time. If reservation or change of reservation is not cancelled by that time the credit card holder will be responsible for all players booked at the full price fees for the date of reservation and credit card will be automatically charged.
